See the City of Angels from the angels' own viewpoint! Take a memorable aerial tour of downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, Santa Monica and the San Fernando Valley. Taking off from Van Nuys Airport (where scenes from Casablanca and so many other movies were filmed), you'll soar over world-famous landmarks and see scenic diversity that's simply unmatched anywhere. As your plane departs the airport and turns east, you’ll pass along the financial heart of the San Fernando Valley with the famous Burbank, Disney and Universal Studios directly ahead. Turning south, you’ll cross over the Hollywood Hills, catching a view of the Hollywood Bowl on the left, and the Hollywood Sign on the right. Next, you’ll soar past Dodger Stadium as you begin your cruise over the dramatic skyline of downtown Los Angeles. Turning westbound you’ll soon be over Santa Monica and its beautiful pier before turning back inbound to Van Nuys Airport. Every seat on our high-wing planes affords spectacular views, so make sure you bring your camera. Flight time is approximately 50 minutes.

Now, you can be the pilot of a single-engine, four-seat airplane, soaring over the Southern California landscape with an unbelievable view of the city and homes below. Best of all, there’s no experience necessary! While you're in the pilot's seat, one of our certified flight instructors will be guiding you every step of the way, from takeoff to landing. It’s a memorable, exciting and fun experience. Plus, the time is FAA-logable as an actual flight lesson, if you bring a valid US passport or birth certificate. This adventure includes a pilot’s logbook, “First Flight” certificate and souvenir photo. It makes a great gift for someone else too. Hour-long experience includes pre-flight and post-flight briefings, and 30 minutes in the air.

Nothing is more spectacular than enjoying the sunset from the vantage point of a mile above California’s magnificent coastline. Take off from world-famous Van Nuys Airport, airport of the stars, aboard our four-seat high-wing airplane, in which every seat affords fantastic views. Just as the sky turns amber, you’ll head west over the San Fernando Valley. Fly out along the beautiful Santa Monica Mountain range and soon you'll see the Santa Monica Pier and Malibu's million-dollar homes ahead as the sun makes it descent below the horizon. Return to Van Nuys Airport just as the city lights begin to glow. It’s an exciting and romantic tour you’ll never forget. Make sure you bring your camera. Flight time is approximately 50 minutes.
